The National Mathematical Olympiad (NMO) is a two-stage examination. The first stage is a written examination conducted at various centers across India. The top-performing students from the written round are invited to a training camp, where they receive intensive coaching in mathematics. The final round of the NMO is held at the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) in Mumbai.
