Alan Shearer was the first player to reach 100 Premier League goals, achieving this milestone in 1995. He went on to become the all-time top scorer with 260 goals. Ruud van Nistelrooy reached 100 goals later (2006), while Andy Cole achieved it around the same time but after Shearer.

Ryan Giggs is the only player to have scored in all of the first 21 Premier League seasons (1992-93 to 2013-14). His longevity at Manchester United spanned over two decades, and he found the net in each campaign until his retirement. Paul Scholes also had a long career but didn't score in every season.

Kaka is the nickname of Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, the Brazilian football legend. This diminutive of 'Ricardo' is the name by which he's known worldwide. Edwin van der Sar set the Premier League record of 14 consecutive clean sheets (1,311 minutes) for Manchester United in 2008-09. This remarkable goalkeeping streak surpassed the previous record. Petr Cech and Peter Schmeichel had impressive runs but not 14 games.

Keith Gillespie holds the record for the fastest red card for a substitute in English football history. He was sent off just 12 seconds after coming on as a substitute for Sheffield United against Reading in 2006-2007. This occurred immediately after the substitution was made.

Paul Robinson scored the longest goal in Premier League history from approximately 95 yards out while playing for Tottenham Hotspur against Watford in 2007. This goalkeeper's long punt bounced over the opposing goalkeeper. While David Beckham is famous for long goals, Robinson's holds the distance record.

At different times in football history, various players held the most expensive transfer record. Zidane (2001, €77.5m to Real Madrid), then Beckham (2003, €35m to Madrid), then Ronaldo (2009, €94m to Madrid). The answer depends on when the question was framed.

Zinedine Zidane headbutted Italian defender Marco Materazzi in the 2006 FIFA World Cup final. This incident occurred in extra time when France vs Italy was tied 1-1. Zidane was sent off, and Italy won the penalty shootout.

Kieron Pollard hit the most sixes in the inaugural 2009 Champions League T20 tournament while playing for Trinidad & Tobago. He was known for his aggressive batting and six-hitting ability. Duminy and Warner were also power hitters but Pollard had the maximum sixes that year.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored 17 goals for Manchester United in the 2006-07 Premier League season, marking his emergence as a world-class striker. Didier Drogba finished second with 20 goals across all competitions but fewer in the league.
