Football Clubs and Competitions

Chelsea and Fulham are both located in West London, making their matches called West London derbies. Tottenham and Arsenal are North London clubs, while Sunderland and Preston North End are not London clubs.

Chelsea won the FA Cup three times before Roman Abramovich's takeover in 2003: 1970, 1997, and 2000. This made them one of the more successful FA Cup clubs historically even before the Abramovich era began.

A.C. Milan was founded in 1899 as Milan Cricket and Football Club by British expatriates Alfred Edwards and Herbert Kilpin. The club initially focused on cricket before transitioning primarily to football. Liverpool was founded in 1892, Manchester United traces roots to 1878, and Juventus was founded in 1897.

Stamford Bridge is the home ground of Chelsea Football Club in West London. Old Trafford is Manchester United's home, Emirates is Arsenal's home, and Anfield is Liverpool's home ground.

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are North London rivals, and their matches are called the North London Derby. Man United, Chelsea, and Liverpool are major clubs but not Arsenal's geographic rivals.
