Dhaliwood is the informal name for the Bangladeshi film industry, based in Dhaka. The name combines 'Dhaka' (Bangladesh's capital) with 'Hollywood'. Bangladesh produces the majority of South Asian films after India. Dutch, Danish, and Delhi film industries don't use this name.

Nollywood is the informal term for Nigeria's film industry, the second-largest by output globally after Bollywood. The name combines 'Nigeria' with 'Hollywood'. Norway has its own cinema but no 'wood' nickname, and 'Non Indian/Non African' are not film industries.

Ollywood is the informal name for the Odia (formerly Oriya) film industry based in Odisha (formerly Orissa), India. The name combines 'Oriya' (the language) with 'Hollywood'. Peru, Bolivia, and Bhojpuri are unrelated - Peru/Bolivia are South American, and Bhojpuri cinema is called Bhojpuriwood.

Punjwood (or Pollywood) is the colloquial name for the Punjabi film industry, producing films in the Punjabi language across both Indian Punjab and Pakistani Punjab. The name is derived from 'Punjab' combined with 'Hollywood,' similar to how Bollywood combines Bombay + Hollywood.

Lollywood is the informal name for the Pakistani film industry centered in Lahore, Punjab province. The name is a portmanteau of 'Lahore' and 'Hollywood,' analogous to Bollywood (Bombay + Hollywood).
