In the cleft structure 'It is ___ who...', the subject pronoun 'I' is correct as it refers back to the subject. 'Me' would be the object form. 'Them' and 'their' are either wrong number or wrong part of speech.

Similar to the previous example, the pronoun is the subject of the relative clause 'who will help you'. Thus, the nominative 'he' is correct.

In a hypothetical 'If I were...' construction, the complement should be in the nominative case. 'She' is the correct nominative pronoun.
