Antonyms

Passionate implies showing strong feelings or intense emotion. Calm implies a lack of intense emotion or excitement, making it the correct antonym.

To succumb is to fail to resist pressure or temptation. To resist is to withstand or fight against such pressure.

To mask is to hide or cover something. To expose is to reveal or make something visible, which is the opposite.

A monologue is a speech by one person. A dialogue is a conversation between two or more people, making it the opposite.

Disingenuous means not candid or sincere, often pretending to be innocent. Naive means showing a lack of experience or judgment, which is a common antonym in this context.

Haggard describes someone looking exhausted, unwell, or worn out. Hearty describes someone who is strong, healthy, and full of vigor.

Forbearance is the quality of being forbearing; self-control; patient, restraint. Impatience is the opposite.  

Cacophonous (derived from cacophony) means discord. Option 1, 3 and 4 are its synonyms. Harmonious is the anrtonym of cacophonny.

Perpetrate means to do or comit (something evil, criminal, or offensive); be guilty of. Sufferer will be one who suffers.  

Inflict means to give or cause (pain, wounds, etc.) by or as by striking; cause to be borne. Alleviate means to make less hard to bear; lighten or relieve (pain, suffering, etc).

Indulgence comes from 'indulge' that means to yield to or satisfy (a desire); give oneself up to. Abstemious comes from abstinence that means the act of voluntarily doing without some or all food.  

Quit means to stop or leave. Start is the opposite, meaning to begin.

Quaint means attractively unusual or old-fashioned. Ordinary is the opposite, meaning normal or common.

Robust means strong and healthy. Feeble is the opposite, meaning lacking physical strength.

Terminate means to bring to an end. Begin is the opposite, meaning to start.
