Antonyms

Excitement means high energy, arousal, or enthusiasm. Stillness represents calm, lack of movement, or quiet state, directly opposing the energy of excitement. Celerity, Continue, and Earning are not antonyms.

Thoroughly means doing something completely or with great attention to detail, which is the direct opposite of incompletely (not done completely). The other options are unrelated: commotion means noisy confusion, calmness means peaceful state, and aggregate means a whole formed by combining parts.

Destruction is the opposite of generation because generation means creation or bringing into existence, while destruction means causing damage or ruining. Partially means incompletely, contain means hold, and perchance means perhaps.

Sufficient means adequate or enough, which directly opposes inadequate (not good enough or insufficient). Prosy means dull, flight means moving through air, and global means worldwide.

Rash means acting without careful thought, hasty, or impulsive, which directly opposes careful (showing attention to detail and avoiding risks). Slight means small, dream is a mental experience during sleep, and opposing means against.

Delay means to make late or slow down, which opposes haste (urgency, speed, or rushing). Value means worth, quite means very or fairly, and eternity means infinite time.

Enter means to go into or come inside, which directly opposes exit (to leave or go out). Taoist relates to Chinese philosophy, willingness means readiness, and expel means to force out.

'Grant' means to give, allow, or permit something. The opposite would be to take away, refuse, or revoke. 'Forfeit' means to lose something or give up a right or privilege, which is the direct opposite of granting or being granted something. The other options (Value, Bane, Untrue) are not true antonyms of Grant.

Ignore means to pay no attention to or deliberately disregard, which opposes review (to examine, inspect, or look over). Start means begin, infer means deduce, and price means cost.

Negligence means failure to take proper care or lack of attention, which directly opposes care (attention, concern, or caution). Pity means sorrow, smart means intelligent, and court is a legal body.

Disregarding means to ignore or pay no attention to something. Concerning means to be relevant to or about something, which implies attention or regard. While not a perfect antonym, concerning is the best opposite among the options because it suggests relevance and attention versus disregard.

Normal means conforming to a standard, usual, typical, or expected pattern. Strange means unusual, odd, peculiar, or not normal. These are direct opposites - something normal follows expected patterns while something strange deviates from them.
