To console means to comfort a person in order to lessen his grief. Its opposite is to aggravate grief.

To consider means to examine. Its opposite is to defer.

To constrain means to restrain, to check the movement of. Its opposite is to release.

To constrict means to strangle. Its opposite is to dilate.

Compression means decrease in volume. Its opposite is increase in volume.

Contemn means scorn. Its opposite is esteem.

To contaminate means to pollute, to adulterate. Its opposite is to purify.

Opposite of continuity is disjunction which means discontinuity.

To controvert means to disprove. Its opposite is to support, to prove.

(While studying the efficacy of a new medicine, two Exercises of persons with the same attributes are  chosen and only one set is administered the medicine. The progress of that set of persons in comparison of the other set who were not administered the medicine is studied in order to determine its  effect. The latter group is known as the 'control group'. The word 'control' has been used in this question in this sense.) The opposite of control is the group experimented on.

Conversance means familiarity. Its opposite is lack of familiarity

Compassion means concern. Its opposite is indifference.

Compliance means yielding to a request or command. Its opposite is stubbornness.
