Daoism: The Daodejing

Laozi is traditionally considered the founder of Daoism, and is credited with writing the Daodejing, the central text of the philosophy.

The Dao, often translated as 'the Way', is the central concept of Daoism. It is the ultimate reality, the source of all things, and the guiding principle of the universe.
