The Trust Fund for Victims

The TFV's main goal is to offer financial support to victims of crimes that fall under the ICC's jurisdiction, including war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.

The TFV was established in 2002 as part of the Rome Statute, the founding treaty of the ICC.

The TFV provides assistance to direct victims of crimes, their families, and witnesses who have suffered physical, psychological, or economic harm as a result of crimes within the ICC's jurisdiction.
