Aryabhatta (476-550 A.D.), one of the world's greatest mathematician astronomer, was born in Patliputra in Magadha, modern Patna in Bihar. He was the first person who told that earth is round not flat.

Air, like any other gas, has volume. When you blow air into a balloon, the air takes the shape of the balloon. If more air is blown in, the balloon becomes larger as the volume of the air is increased. If some of the air is released, the balloon becomes smaller as the volume of the air is decreased. Air also creates its own space when filled in the things like balloon.

Antiseptic are the lotions and creams that kills germs. One should keep immediately on the wound or injury to kill germs.

Water proof is a type of material that does not let water go through it. Raincoats and umbrellas are made up of water proof material.

This sense organ helps us to feel things around us. It is the largest sense organ in our body as it covers our whole body.

They have sharp front teeth with which they bite nuts, fruits and seeds. These animal gnaw the food.

Veterinary hospitals are the place to treat sick animals. Veterinary doctors are there to treat animals.

These are scavengers. Scavengers are animals such as a bird or insect or plants that feed on dead or decaying matter. Both eagle and fungus feed on dead and decaying material. Eagles eat dead animals where as fungus grow on dead and rotten plants and take nutrients from there to grow.

Zebra crossing and pedestrian crossing both are the same, and is used to cross road when you walk on the road.
