FRD (Functional Requirement Document) review is a structured quality process. While wireframes, PCR, and use cases may be inputs or artifacts, the FRD Review Checklist is specifically designed as the tool used DURING the review process to ensure completeness and consistency. The checklist provides systematic verification points.

FRD Review requires multiple inputs to validate requirements comprehensively. Wireframes provide UI/UX visualization, prototypes show interactive mockups, and use cases describe functional scenarios. Test Leads and QA Primes focus on planning and coordination, while Testers may report to QA Analysts rather than directly to QA Manager.

Functional testing and Regression testing are sequential, not simultaneous. Functional testing validates new features first. Once features pass functional tests, THEN regression testing ensures existing functionality remains intact. Running them simultaneously would waste resources - if functional tests fail, there's no point running regression until fixes are made.

Post-product validation occurs after the implementation phase but before formal QA testing. It serves as an initial verification that the implemented product meets basic functional requirements before entering more rigorous testing cycles.

Execution Set is created by QA Prime in the project workflow. Project Manager and Tester have different roles in project execution and do not create the Execution Set.
