Repeating lay outs are using page lists and page groups

You can display lists as row or columns (Top to Bottom or Left to Right)

You can only display a list as a row repeating list display (from top to bottom)

No support is available for tabs when displaying repeating layouts

It is possible to use a section rule to display the data for the repeating element
