Values Education in Different Cultures

Xin (trustworthiness) is not a core value in Confucianism. The core values of Confucianism are Ren (benevolence), Yi (righteousness), Li (ritual propriety), and Zhi (wisdom).

Nirvana is the central value in Buddhism. It is the state of perfect peace and happiness that is achieved through the elimination of all suffering.
