Director SP Muthuraman's 25th film collaboration with Rajnikanth was 'Pandian' (1992). They worked together on numerous successful films throughout their careers.

Thalaimagan (2006) was Sarathkumar's 100th film as an actor. Sarathkumar is a prominent Tamil cinema actor who also had a career in politics.

Ulavuthurai (1998) was Vijayakanth's 125th film, released during the peak of his career. Captain Prabhakaran was his 100th movie (not 125th), while Manakara Kaval and Engal Anna came at different points in his filmography.

Amarkalam (1999) was Ajith's 25th film, marking a significant milestone in his career. The other options - Kathal Mannan, Uyirodu Uyiraaga, and Unnai Kodu Ennai Tharuven - were from different phases of his filmography.

Ayya (2005) was Nayanthara's debut Tamil film, launching her successful career in Kollywood. Chandramukhi was also released in 2005 but Nayanthara had a supporting role, while Billa and Ghajini came later as she became a leading lady.

Vijay sang his first playback song for the film Rasigan (1994). The song was 'Chinna Machan Parachachacha'. This marked his debut as a singer.

Jyothika made her Tamil cinema debut in Vaali (1999), starring alongside Ajith and Simran. This was her first Tamil film before becoming a leading actress.
