Environmental Justice and Toxic Chemicals

Environmental justice is a term used to describe the fair and equitable distribution of environmental benefits and burdens. It recognizes that certain communities, often marginalized communities, bear a disproportionate share of environmental harms, such as pollution and toxic chemicals.
