Microsoft Excel Keyboard Shortcuts

CTRL+SHIFT+O (the letter O) is the Excel shortcut to select all cells containing comments in the current worksheet. This is useful for reviewing or managing annotations. CTRL+SHIFT+0 (zero) has a different function (unhiding rows).

Alt+Down Arrow displays the autocomplete drop-down list of values that have already been entered in the current column. This is the AutoComplete feature that shows existing entries when you start typing in a cell. It doesn't select rows or columns.

SHIFT+F2 edits the comment in the active cell (or creates one if none exists). F2 alone edits the cell contents, while SHIFT+F2 specifically targets the comment. This is consistent across Excel versions.

CTRL+DELETE deletes all characters from the cursor position to the end of the line in Excel's edit mode. This is a standard text editing shortcut that works in Excel cell editing, Word, and many other applications. SHIFT+DELETE is usually cut, not delete to end.
