Kabaddi is a team sport that originated in India. It is played by two teams of seven players each. The objective of the game is to score points by sending a raider into the opponent's half and touching as many of their players as possible before returning to their own half.

Bajrang Punia won the gold medal in the 65 kg weight class at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He defeated Takuto Otoguro of Japan in the final.

Ravi Kumar Dahiya won the silver medal in the 57 kg weight class at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He lost to Zavur Uguev of Russia in the final.

Anshu Malik won the bronze medal in the 62 kg weight class at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She defeated Iryna Kurachkina of Belarus in the bronze medal match.

Sonam Malik won the bronze medal in the 68 kg weight class at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She defeated Alla Cherkasova of Ukraine in the bronze medal match.

Sarita Mor won the bronze medal in the 76 kg weight class at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She defeated Aiperi Medet Kyzy of Kyrgyzstan in the bronze medal match.

Vinesh Phogat won the bronze medal in the 53 kg weight class at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She defeated Vanesa Kaladzinskaya of Belarus in the bronze medal match.
