The KGB (Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti) was the Soviet Union's main intelligence and secret police agency from 1954-1991. It's analogous to the CIA in the US. The other options are fictional - KGB was not a cinema, missile system, or dog breed.

Idi Amin Dada was a Ugandan military officer who served as the President of Uganda from 1971-1979. His regime was known for its brutality and human rights abuses. Nigeria, Congo, and Rwanda are different African countries with their own historical leaders.

Pol Pot was the leader of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia (misspelled as Combodia in the option). He ruled Cambodia from 1975-1979 and his regime was responsible for the Cambodian genocide. Vietnam, Laos, and Myanmar are neighboring Southeast Asian countries.

Finland is known as the Land of a Thousand Lakes and has approximately 188,000 lakes, far more than 55,000. Norway also has many lakes but Finland is particularly famous for this geographical feature. Poland and Denmark don't have comparable numbers of lakes.

Sikkim became the 22nd state of the Indian Union on May 16, 1975, after the Indian Parliament passed the 35th Constitutional Amendment. Prior to this, Sikkim was a protectorate under India. The merger was completed following a referendum where Sikkimese voters approved the proposal.

Venus is the only planet in our solar system that rotates clockwise (retrograde rotation). Most planets rotate counter-clockwise when viewed from above their north pole. Venus rotates in the opposite direction and also has the slowest rotation period, taking 243 Earth days to complete one rotation.

The Brahmi script is the earliest known Indian script, dating back to the 3rd century BCE. It was used to write Prakrit and Sanskrit and is the parent script from which most modern Indian scripts evolved. Ashokan edicts were written in Brahmi. Devanagari evolved much later from Brahmi.

The Preamble has been amended only once in Indian history. The 42nd Constitutional Amendment Act of 1976 added three new words to the Preamble: 'socialist', 'secular', and 'integrity'. Despite ongoing debates about other amendments, no further changes have been made to the Preamble.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is the only organization to have won the Nobel Peace Prize three times - in 1917, 1944, and 1963. These awards recognized its humanitarian work during World War I, World War II, and for its ongoing humanitarian efforts globally. Marie Curie won twice, but only in two different sciences (Physics and Chemistry).

The Finance Commission is a constitutional body constituted every 5 years under Article 280 of the Indian Constitution. It recommends the distribution of financial resources between the Union and the States. The first commission was constituted in 1952, and commissions continue to be formed quinquennially.

New York City, particularly Manhattan Island, is situated primarily on the Hudson River. The Hudson River flows north to south through the Hudson Valley and into the Atlantic Ocean, forming the boundary between New York and New Jersey. The Thames is in London, Danube in Europe, and Tigris in the Middle East.
