Cosmonaut and astronaut are essentially the same profession - both are space travelers. The term 'cosmonaut' is used by Russia and formerly by the Soviet Union, while 'astronaut' is used by the United States and other countries. There is no functional difference in the role itself.

Antonie van Leeuwenhoek was a Dutch scientist who is considered the first microbiologist. He was the first to observe and describe microorganisms (which he called 'animalcules') using single-lens microscopes of his own design in the 1670s. Mars has approximately 38% of Earth's surface gravity. A person weighing 100 pounds on Earth would weigh about 38 pounds on Mars (100 × 0.38 = 38). This is because Mars is smaller and less massive than Earth.

Indonesia, Japan, and the United States have the highest number of historically active volcanoes due to their location along the Pacific Ring of Fire, a tectonically active region with frequent volcanic and seismic activity. Indonesia alone has over 100 active volcanoes.

The total water supply on Earth is approximately 326 million cubic miles, covering about 71% of the planet's surface. This includes all oceans, seas, lakes, rivers, groundwater, and water in the atmosphere.
