The primary goal of equity in education is to ensure that all students have an equal opportunity to succeed in school, regardless of their background or circumstances.

While educational equity can lead to increased economic mobility, reduced crime rates, and improved social cohesion, it is not directly related to lower taxes.

Compensatory education is the practice of providing additional resources and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in order to help them overcome the challenges they face.

While poverty, discrimination, and lack of parental involvement are all challenges to achieving educational equity, high-quality teachers are not.

School choice is the practice of allowing parents to choose the school their child attends, which can include public schools, private schools, or charter schools.

Social media data is not typically used to identify and address educational inequities, as it is not a reliable source of information about students' academic performance or needs.

EdTech is the practice of using technology to improve educational equity, such as by providing students with access to online learning resources or using data to identify and address educational inequities.
