Vithalbhai Patel, elder brother of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, was elected the first Indian President (Speaker) of the Imperial Legislative Council in 1925. This was a significant achievement in the constitutional reform movement. Motilal Nehru and C.R. Das were prominent leaders but did not hold this position.

C. Rajagopalachari (Rajaji) became the first Indian Governor General of India in 1948 after Lord Mountbatten, serving until the office became obsolete when India became a Republic in 1950. Rajendra Prasad became the first President, Radhakrishnan the second President, and Maulana Azad was a senior minister.

The Rani of Jhansi Regiment (misspelled as Rani Zansi Battaliaon) was the women's regiment of the Indian National Army formed by Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. It was headed by Captain Lakshmi Sahgal (Laxmi Sehgal), a freedom fighter who actively led the regiment. Princess Amrit Kaur was involved in the Indian independence movement but not with INA. Aruna Asaf Ali was a prominent freedom fighter known for the Quit India Movement. Vijayalakshmi Pandit was a diplomat and Nehru's sister.

In the Mahabharata, Kunthi (also spelled Kunti) was originally named Pritha, daughter of King Shurasena. She was adopted by Kuntibhoja and later married to King Pandu, becoming the mother of the Pandavas.

The Portuguese named Bombay as 'Bom Bahai' meaning 'Good Bay' when they acquired it in the 16th century, referring to the excellent natural harbor. The name evolved over time before being anglicized to Bombay under British rule.

In Hindu mythology, Devayani was the daughter of Sage Shukracharya, the guru of the Asuras. She married King Yayati and had sons who founded important dynasties. Her story is featured in the Mahabharata and Puranas.

Bhishma, the granduncle of the Pandavas and Kauravas, was originally named Devavrata. He was the son of King Shantanu and Ganga, and took the name Bhishma after his terrible oath of celibacy.

According to the Mahabharata tradition, Sage Vyasa composed the epic, but it was his disciple Vaisampayana who first recited it publicly to King Janamejaya during his snake sacrifice ceremony. This is how the Mahabharata was revealed to humanity.

In the Mahabharata, King Shantanu first married Ganga, the river goddess, who bore him Bhishma. After Ganga left him, Shantanu married Satyavati, a fisherman's daughter, who became the mother of Chitrangada and Vichitravirya. Amba and Ambalika were related to the Kuru dynasty but were not Shantanu's wives.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel led the Bardoli Satyagraha of 1928, a successful tax resistance movement by farmers in Gujarat. While Gandhi provided strategic guidance, Patel was the on-ground leader who organized the movement. His leadership earned him the title 'Sardar' (meaning chief or leader).

J.R.D. Tata founded India's first airline, Tata Airlines (which later became Air India), in 1932, earning him the title 'Father of Indian Civil Aviation'. He piloted the first inaugural flight himself. Neither F.C. Kolhi, Ramdorai, nor Jamsetji Tata (J.R.D.'s uncle) founded India's civil aviation industry.

The German V-2 rocket, developed during World War II, became the first human-made object to cross the Kármán line (80 km altitude), the boundary of space, in test flights during 1944. It was a ballistic missile designed by Wernher von Braun. No aircraft, V-3 (a different German cannon project), or V-5 (non-existent) achieved this altitude.

The French Revolution's three core values were Liberty (Liberté), Equality (Égalité), and Fraternity (Fraternité). Together, they form the national motto of France and represent the revolution's ideals of freedom, equal rights, and brotherhood among citizens. Each value alone represents only part of the revolutionary spirit.

Napoleon Bonaparte was decisively defeated by the combined forces of Britain, Prussia, and the Netherlands at the Battle of Waterloo in present-day Belgium on June 18, 1815. This final defeat ended his Hundred Days return to power and led to his permanent exile. 'Landloo', 'Sandloo', and 'Airloo' are incorrect variants.

Augustus Caesar's reign (27 BC to 14 AD) is traditionally called the Golden Age of Rome or Pax Romana, marked by peace, stability, and cultural flourishing. Julius Caesar was never emperor (he was dictator) and died before the imperial period began. Alexander was Greek, not Roman, and Vespasian ruled much later during a different period.

Louis XVI was the king of France during the French Revolution (1789-1799) and was eventually guillotined in 1793. Louis XIV ruled much earlier (1643-1715) during the absolute monarchy's peak. Louis XVII never actually ruled (he was the imprisoned son of Louis XVI who died in captivity). Louis XVIII came to power after Napoleon's fall, long after the revolution.

Hitler's political party was indeed the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP), commonly known as the Nazi Party. The full German name was Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, which translates to National Socialist Party. This is a factual statement about the party's official name.
