Uttarakhand is the 27th state of India, created on November 9, 2000. It was carved out of Uttar Pradesh as the 27th state, making option C correct. Jharkhand was the 28th state created the same year.

These states were created on November 1, 1956 under the States Reorganization Act. Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Tamil Nadu all came into existence on this date, making option C correct.

Sendhan Amudhan married Poonguzhali according to the Ponniyin Selvan storyline. This marriage was a significant plot development involving the love between the characters. Kundhavai was his sister, Vaanathi was Arulmozhi's love interest, and Madhandadevi was their mother - none of whom he married.

When Arulmozhi Varman first met Vaanathi, he helped her save a sparrow and its nest that had fallen, demonstrating his compassion and kind nature. This encounter established their initial connection. He did not speak with her at length, marry her immediately, or save her from a river at their first meeting.

Mandhakini saved Arulmozhi Varman from the fire at their dwelling in Lanka. She was the one who noticed the danger and helped rescue him. Poonguzhali, Nandhini, and Vaanamadevi were not involved in this particular rescue incident, though they all play roles in the broader narrative.

Arulmozhi Varman, later known as Rajaraja Chola I, was called Kaaviri Maindhan (Son of Kaveri) as he ascended the throne and expanded the Chola empire. Karikalan was his legendary ancestor who built the Kallanai dam, Sundhara Cholar refers to Parantaka II his father, and Kundhavai was his sister.

In the novel Ponniyin Selvan, Nandhini refers to Ravidhasan as a magician due to his clever schemes and ability to manipulate situations. Vandhya Devan is the protagonist, Kandhanmaran is a friend, and Madhurandhagan is a different character altogether.

In Ponniyin Selvan, Aadhitha Karikalan (the elder brother) was assassinated at Kadamboor palace during a meeting. This is a pivotal moment in the novel. Thanjavore was the Chola capital, Srilanka was a conquered territory, and Vaadhabi is not relevant to this event.

Vandhyadevan and Aalvarkadiyan Nambiyar were hiding and listening to the secret discussions at Kadamboor palace where the assassination plot was being discussed. Vandhyadevan is the protagonist and Aalvarkadiyan is the spy who accompanies him. Ravidasan is one of the plotters, and Arulmozhivarman becomes important later.
