The Akbarnama was commissioned by Emperor Akbar and written by his court historian Abul Fazal in Persian. It is a comprehensive chronicle of Akbar's reign and the Mughal Empire, covering events from 1560 to 1600, including detailed accounts of battles, administration, and the emperor's policies.

Lala Lajpat Rai earned the title 'Punjab Kesari' (Lion of Punjab) for his fearless leadership in the Indian independence movement, particularly in Punjab. He was a key figure in the Lal-Bal-Pal triumvirate along with Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Bipin Chandra Pal, and died in 1928 after injuries sustained during a lathi charge protest against the Simon Commission.

Annie Besant became the first woman president of the Indian National Congress in 1917. She was a British theosophist who actively supported India's freedom struggle and established the Home Rule League, advocating for self-governance. Her presidency marked a significant milestone for women's leadership in Indian politics.

The Taj Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal (born Arjumand Banu Begum). She died in 1631 during childbirth. This is factually correct.

Mumtaz Mahal died in 1631 while giving birth to her 14th child, Gauhara Begum. This tragic event led Shah Jahan to commission the Taj Mahal as her mausoleum. She did not die from a heart attack or during earlier births.

Akbar ascended the Mughal throne at age 14 in 1556 following his father Humayun's death. Though young, he was crowned in Kalanaur, Punjab and quickly proved his leadership abilities. He ruled for nearly 50 years, becoming one of India's greatest emperors.

Harkha Bai (also known as Heer Kunwari), daughter of Raja Bharmal of Amer, married Akbar in 1562. After marriage, she was given the title Mariam-uz-Zamani, meaning 'Mary of the Age'. The name Jodha Bai is popularized by films but is historically inaccurate.

Mikhail Gorbachev introduced Glasnost (openness) and Perestroika (restructuring) in the 1980s to reform the Soviet Union. Yeltsin succeeded him, Khrushchev was earlier, and Gandhi was Indian - making them clearly wrong.
