Central Government Policies for National Security

The primary objective of the National Cyber Security Coordinator (NCSC) is to coordinate cyber security efforts across government agencies. The NCSC also develops and implements cyber security policies and strategies, monitors and responds to cyber security threats, and provides technical assistance to government agencies on cyber security matters.

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is primarily responsible for formulating and implementing policies related to space security in India. It also coordinates with other government agencies on space security matters.

The primary objective of the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is to develop and produce military technologies for the Indian armed forces. It also conducts research on advanced defense systems, provides technical support to the armed forces, and collaborates with foreign defense organizations on research and development projects.

The Ministry of Finance is primarily responsible for formulating and implementing policies related to economic security in India. It also coordinates with other government agencies on economic security matters.

The primary objective of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) is to monitor and analyze financial transactions for suspicious activities that may be related to money laundering or terrorist financing. It also investigates cases of money laundering and terrorist financing, provides intelligence to law enforcement agencies on financial crimes, and coordinates with foreign financial intelligence units on money laundering and terrorist financing.

The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas is primarily responsible for formulating and implementing policies related to energy security in India. It also coordinates with other government agencies on energy security matters.
