A common stereotype about Muslim is that they are not interested in educating girls and therefore do not send girls to school but the actual reason is that poverty amongst Muslim is an important reason why Muslim girls do not attend a school or drop out from school after a few years.

The TMS set up a cooperative that bought the catch from the fishermen at a fair price. The cooperative then sold the catch in the market and got a good price. This helped in increasing the income of the fishermen substantially.

Displacement means changing of place or moving from one place to another. Displacement is caused due to several reasons such as the building of dams, settlement of civilization, annexation of territory or capturing of territory etc. Displacement compels people to leave their inhabited place and to settle at other places. This has led to the uprooting of villages and bastis as the development projects require lands and place which erase the trace of place which was once inhabited by people.

Caste distinction or caste discrimination is a process that involves dividing people into social groups known as castes mostly by birth, profession, and personality. It divides the society into four major parts. Caste system resulted in lots of discrimination and exploitation of lower caste people. The caste distinction is an evil of our society.

Law of nature or natural law is the idea that there are forms of some natural laws that exist by themselves. It is determined by nature. For example, falling of leaves, flowing of a river, rising and setting of the sun, blooming of flowers etc.

Human law is the basic law to which all the human being should follow. But like any other law, human laws also need to be changed with changing conditions. It should be molded and drafted according to the situations. It shouldn't be rigid and permanent.

Untouchability was a practice in which so-called lower caste people used to be kept at a distance, they were not given the status of social equality. Article 17 of the Indian Constitution abolished the practice of untouchability. Untouchability is abolished and its practice in any form is forbidden.

The increasing privatization of health services and the bad condition of government hospitals made it difficult for most of the poor people to get affordable and good health services. As the poor people do not have the resources to afford expensive private health services.

Poverty and the lack of resources are the key reasons why so many people live in India are highly unequal. In India, people are discriminated on the basis of religion, caste, class, society, gender etc. People are discriminated because of their social and cultural background as well as because they are women.

The apartheid system facilitated racial discrimination and segregation of people of mixed races and blacks from the whites who considered themselves superior. The Blacks were not allowed to work in whites living areas and they were forbidden from living in white areas. They could

Democratic conflict is resolved
through mass mobilization. Sometimes the conflict may be resolved
by using the existing institutions like the
parliament or the judiciary. But when
there is a deep dispute, very often these
institutions themselves get involved in the

Things occur according to the law of nature are as follows:-

It is true that there should be no discrimination between boys and girls. Equality is the concept that must prevail over any form of discrimination. Every boy and girl are born equal and free. The girls have the same rights as of the boys. It is against the law to discriminate on a gender basis.

The laws, rules, and regulation conduct governance and relations in society. They provide for the organised structure for shaping society. The rules are made with a view of their compliance by each and every member of the society to keep society and everyone's conduct well functioned. Laws are applied to each and everyone equally and no person can claim to be above the law.

Natural laws are those principles which are supposed to have originated from some supreme source other than any political or worldly authority. Natural law opposes the idea that moral law is relative, subjective and changeable. Natural laws are applicable to all persons, since it is derived from inherent human nature.

Untouchability was an inhuman and unjust custom. It was finally abolished in the year 1955. It was the practice in which the upper caste people considered the lower caste people as contaminated and polluted things. They maintained distance from them and lower caste people were not given equal social status.

Natural
occurrences follow laws of nature. We cannot change the laws of nature.
Ntures law are constant and fixed. They do not ever become outdated.

There
are rules of social life that tell us what each person should be doing.
Rules need to be made to specify each person's duties and
responsibilities. Day to day life becomes very disciplined and we can
work more efficiently.

Its
necessary to keep our society hygienic and pollution free. This can be
done by prohibiting loudspeakers in public places after 10 p.m in night
and dumping garbage in the rivers and cutting trees, hunting and
paoching.

Natural
occurrences follow nature laws. We cannot change the laws of nature.
The rising and setting of the sun and the change in the seasons never
stop. The law of gravity does not change. The rising and falling of
tides, the phases of moon all of these occur according to the laws of
nature.

Human
laws need to be changed with changing conditions. As the situation
changes accordingly laws of civic life changes. It helps in progressing
our society as well as country.

Rules
are meant for everyone. They apply equally to all. Disobeying the rules
leads to punishment. There is no discrimination in punishments for
breaking the rules. In this way equality is the basis of rule. Day to
day life becomes efficient and work can be done more efficiently.

It
is incorrect to discriminate between boys and girls. It is injustice to
deprive girls of good food or to prevent them from going to school.
They must get the same opportunities for development.

Rules
have to be made to ensure that no injustice is done. Boys and girls are
equal and must get the same opportunities for development. It is
incorrect to discriminate between boys and girls.

It is true that the wrong customs and traditions cause the neglect of some sections of society. For example, our society is a patriarchal society and has customs that favours the males only. These customs have  lead to the discrimination of females. Moreover the casteism tradition has also led to differentiation in the people. The upper caste people discriminate the lower caste people. It is the result of these wrong traditions and customs that pose hindrance towards the growth of the society as a whole.

It

Such injustice can be seen with respect to other sections of society.

There
are some traditions and customs that are not desirable. They are not
beneficial for our society such as caste distinction, inequality and
untouchability. Constitution of Independent India abolished the custom
of untouchability. its inhuman and unjust custom.

We
follow many customs and traditions in our lives. We follow those
traditions by observing our elders. There are several good customs and
traditions in our society. We celebrate festivals together. We are
hospitable to our guests.

All adults in India have the equal right to vote during elections and this "power over the ballot box" has been used by people to elect or replace their representative. But this feeling of equality that the ballot box provides does not extend to most people's lives. Poverty, religion, caste, and sex are the key factors why so many people's lives in India are highly unequal.

Rules
are important to be followed. Social hindrances should be eliminated.
Problems such as domestic violence for women and child labour should be
prohibited. Free primary education should be provided for boys and
girls.

Laws
have to be made to abolish unjust custom. In our country, customs such
as sati and child marriage and dowry were abolished by making laws that
banned them. The law that banned the use of cheating people was first
enacted in Maharashtra.

Many
of our customs enable us to maintain the balance of nature.We express
our love and gratitude towards animals. The values of non violence and
peace have been a part of our social life since ancient times.

Wrong
customs and traditions cause the neglect of some sections of society.
They have no access to education and they do not get opportunities of
development. Thus no means of livelihood and they have to face poverty.
Poverty and lack of education are two big obstacles of our society. We
can only progress if we get rid of these.
