Madurai, Kancheepuram, Thiruvallur, Kanyakumari and Chennai are the districts of High Density population.

Kanyakumari district consistently records the highest literacy rate among all districts in Tamil Nadu according to census data.

According to the census of India 2011,life expectancy in India is 66.1 years.

The Nilgiris district has the lowest population density in Tamil Nadu due to its hilly terrain and protected forest areas.

In economics, human resource refers to the entire population of a country, considering their skills, education, and health as a productive asset.

The national rural health mission operates in the rural sector while the national urban health mission provides improved health services to the residents of urban slums and other marginalized people in towns with a population of more than 50,000.

• Underdeveloped countries face the problem of deprivation of large section of the population, low per capita real income etc.

• The state in underdeveloped economy fails to provide acceptable levels of living to a large fraction of its population, thus resulting into misery and material deprivations.

Women are typically considered to be paid for their work when they participate in the formal labour market, as domestic or family-based work is often unpaid.

The labour intensive sector is the one in which large amount of labour is required by any industry for the production of goods whereas capital intensive sector is the one in which a huge capital invesment is required by the industry to produce goods. Labour intensive includes restuarants, agriculture etc whereas oil production and refining, railways etc. Thus COR is high in capital intensive and low in labour intensive.

Human resource has two parts- quantitative and qualitative. While size of population and growth of population are quantitative part but health care comes under the qualitative part.
Birth rate, age structure and sex ratio come under quantitative part.

the human development index takes into account three dimensions to calculate human development of a country. The dimensions are-1 Life expectancy
                                                                           2 Education index
                                                                           3 Income index.

The statement 2 is correct. For the statement 1, The integrated child development scheme not only ensures integrated development of children upto 6 years but also provides healthcare for pregnant and lactating women.

Both statements are correct definitions within the field of demography. Therefore, neither statement is wrong.
