From fibre to fabric - class-VII

Fibers are first taken out form their source and then twisted into yarn by the process of spinning.

Fabric is cloth or other material produced by weaving cotton, nylon, wool, silk, or other threads together. 

Ginning was traditionally done by hand. These days, machines are also used for ginning.

The process of combining two different sets of yarn called weaving it is done on a machine called handloom or powerloom.

Weaving is done on looms. Loom is an apparatus used for making fabric by weaving yarn or thread.

The process of arranging two sets of yarns together to make a fabric is called weaving. 

Spinning of yarn on a large scale is done with the help of spinning machine. Charkha is an example of spinning machine.
