Flower is the reproductive part of the plant. Pistil, stamens, petals and sepals are the four main parts of the flower. Among this, pistil is the female reproductive part and it is made up of stigma, style and ovary. Stamen is the male reproductive part and it consists of filament and anther. 

The primary role of a flower is reproduction. They are the reproductive organs of a plant and they help in the joining of the pollen and the ovules to produce an offspring.

• Zygomorphic symmetry, also known as bilateral symmetry occurs in a flower through which it can pass only one plane of symmetry that will divide it into two parts.
• The Fabaceae or Leguminosae, commonly known as the legume, pea, or bean family are a large and economically important family of flowering plants which has a zygomorphic flower.
  
• Pea, bean, Cassia and Gulmohar belong to Fabaceae.
