Auxiliary Verbs (Simple Usage)

With the 1st form of the verb (go) do/does/did is used in negative sentences. "Last year" means past tense will be used. Hence, did is the correct answer.

"Would" is correct. Because "would" is used where a suggestion is given and as the subject is not "I" and "we" so "should" will not be used rather "would" will be used.

As "last night" indicates the past and with the first form of the verb (come) "did" is used to ask questions. Hence, "did" is the correct answer.
