English Grammar: Tenses and Verb Forms

Case of present perfect tense in passive voice. In such cases, we use 'has/have + been + the third form of the verb'.

Case of present indefinite tense. Here, 'is' is used as a verb of being. 'Crisis' is singular, so singular verb will be used.

Case of passive voice in the past indefinite tense. In such cases, we use 'was/were + the third form of the verb'.
