  2. Evict the student and show him as absent from exam so as not to spoil his academic record.
  3. Take a written apology and an undertaking of future good conduct as a condition for letting him continue with the exam.
  4. Warn the student for future and let the matter close. After all, the notes were for yesterday's exam.
