Ramanuja was the chief exponent of Vishishtadvaita philosophy, which emphasizes Bhakti (devotion) as the primary path to salvation. While he acknowledged other paths like Satya (truth) and Ahimsa (non-violence) and Gyana (knowledge), his central teaching was loving devotion to Lord Vishnu.
