Wool is an animal fibre.

Nylon is not a natural fibre. It is considered as a synthetic fibre.

Silk is obtained from Bombyx mori.

For summers, cotton clothes should be preferred as they are absorbent, porous, cool and allow the body heat to escape.

Ginning refers to the separation of cotton fibre from its seeds, which is done with the help of ginning machines. 

Natural fibres are the ones, which are either obtained from a plant or an animal source. Cotton, jute, flax, etc. come from a plant source and wool comes from an animal source and is the odd one out. 

Fabric is made of yarn and yarns are further made from fibres. The fibres are obtained either from a plant source like flax, cotton, etc. or from an animal source like sheep, etc. 

The major producer of jute in <st1:country-region w:st="on">India is <st1:place w:st="on">Bihar. 

Cotton spinning is commercially done on a large scale by using a spinning machine. 

Jute fibre is used to make ropes.

Acrylic is a synthetic fibre, the source of which is neither a plant nor an animal. Cocoon is the development stage of an insect.

Looms are used for weaving fabric. Yarns are woven to make fabric by using looms, which can be either manual or power operated. 

Spinning can be done by using takli, charkha, spinning machine, etc. but the simplest tool for this is takli. 

In ancient times, clothes like lungi, dhoti, saree, etc. were not there. 

Cotton plant is a source of cotton yarn and bark of a tree is a source of paper.
