Measles can spread through direct or indirect contact with infected persons.

Respiratory system is mostly affected by diseases transmitted through air.

Contaminated water may carry eggs and larvae of worms. Usage of contaminated water can lead to worm infections.

Vectors are organisms which carry source of infection without themselves being infected.

Flies carry germs from garbage and sewage and deposit them on food. This can spread diseases like typhoid, cholera and dysentery.

It is the female anopheles that carries malaria causing protozoan.

Adder is a poisonous snake. It does not act as a vector of any disease.

Culex mosquito spreads filaria.

Rabies spread through bites of animals which are infected by the virus.

Rat flea carries the germs of plague from rats to human beings.

Rabies is carried by dogs, cats, monkeys and raccoons.
