There are 7 continents on Earth: Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe, and Australia. This is the standard model taught in most educational systems. Some models combine Europe and Asia as Eurasia or North and South America as America, which would give 5 or 6 continents, but 7 is the most widely accepted count.
