Naveen Patnaik has been the Chief Minister of Odisha (formerly Orissa) since 2000, making him one of the longest-serving CMs in India. He founded the Biju Janata Dal party. The other options are CMs of other states: Prakash Singh Badal (Punjab), Mayawati (Uttar Pradesh), Ashok Gehlot (Rajasthan).
