Windows Logo+D is the keyboard shortcut that immediately minimizes all windows and shows the desktop. Pressing it again restores all windows to their previous positions. This is the fastest way to access desktop icons or files. The other options open different Windows features: E opens File Explorer, Q opens search, A opens Action Center, F opens search (legacy).
