Sandman (also known as William Baker or Flint Marko) is a Spider-Man villain from Marvel Comics, not Batman. The other three options (Joker, Riddler, Penguin) are all iconic Batman villains from DC Comics. Sandman is the odd one out as he belongs to a different comic universe and superhero.
