No hero can destroy fountain singlehandedly in one go: (Without cheats)

In DotA Allstars, the Fountain in each team's base had extremely high regeneration and damage output. No single hero had enough damage output to destroy the fountain in one attempt without using cheats or exploits. The fountain would regenerate faster than any hero could damage it, and its powerful attacks would kill heroes quickly. This made fountain-diving effectively impossible without full team support or cheats.
