Kalki is the tenth and future avatar of Vishnu who is expected to appear at the end of the Kali Yuga (the current age of darkness) to restore dharma and cosmic order. Krishna has already appeared (eighth avatar), Kurma is the tortoise (second avatar), and Vamana is the dwarf (fifth avatar).
