Vamana is the dwarf avatar of Vishnu who subdued the demon king Mahabali by requesting three paces of land. In his dwarf form, he then grew to cosmic size and covered the earth, sky, and underworld in three steps. Varaha is boar, Kalki is future avatar, Krishna is eighth avatar.
