PSLV-C15 successfully launched Cartosat-2B on July 12, 2010. Cartosat-2B was an Earth observation satellite designed for mapping and resource monitoring. The numbering system follows ISRO's convention where 2A, 2B, etc., indicate satellites in the same series. PSLV-C15 did not carry Cartosat-3B, 1B, or 2A, making Cartosat-2B the correct payload.
