Karna learned archery and martial arts from Parasurama by posing as a Brahmin, as Parasurama only taught Brahmins and hated Kshatriyas. When Parasurama discovered Karna's true caste, he cursed him that he would forget his skills when needed most, which happened during his final battle with Arjuna.
