Annapurna is a Himalayan peak located entirely in Nepal, not in India. It is part of the Annapurna massif and is the 10th highest mountain in the world. Nanda Devi (2nd highest in India), Mt. Kamet (3rd highest in India), and Kanchenjunga (3rd highest worldwide, shared between India and Nepal) are all peaks that lie within or on the border of India.
