Select the mutts established by Shankara

Adi Shankaracharya established four mathas (monasteries) at the four corners of India: Sringeri in the South (Karnataka), Dwarka in the West (Gujarat), Puri in the East (Odisha), and Badrinath/Jyotirmath in the North (Uttarakhand). These were strategically placed to unify and preserve Hindu spirituality across the country. Options E (Vaishno Devi) is a temple, not a matha established by Shankara. Option F (Kanchi) is often claimed as the fifth matha by the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham, but it's not part of the original four established by Adi Shankaracharya.
