Cuil, AltaVista, and Bing are all search engines designed to help users find information on the web. Wikipedia, however, is an encyclopedia - a content repository containing articles, not a search tool. While you can search within Wikipedia, it's fundamentally a reference source, not a search engine, making it the correct answer.
