Purshottam means 'the supreme being' or 'the perfect man' and refers to Krishna, who is considered the complete avatar of Vishnu. Hanuman is a devoted servant of Rama, Brahma is the creator, and Shiva is the destroyer - none are called Purshottam in the same way.
