Does Ted kiss Robin in the first episode when they are under the rain ?

In the first episode of How I Met Your Mother, Ted and Robin do NOT kiss when they're standing in the rain. This is a key plot point - Ted wants to kiss her but doesn't, and later narrates that if he had kissed her, she would have been just another girl he dated, not the mother of his children. Their first romantic kiss happens much later in the series.
