Hanfu refers to traditional Chinese clothing from the Han dynasty era, Qipao (also called Cheongsam) is a form-fitting dress that became popular in 1920s Shanghai, and Changshan is a traditional Chinese long shirt for men. All three are distinctly Chinese traditional garments, with Qipao being one of the most recognizable symbols of Chinese fashion worldwide. Korea has Hanbok, Japan has Kimono, and Singapore doesn't have ancient traditional dress as a modern nation.
